1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and reza88 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any services provided by reza88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document.

Age Restriction: ⚠️ Registration by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. reza88 reserves the right to carry out age verification at any time and to suspend accounts suspected of breaching this requirement.
3 Account Registration and Management
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the reza88 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, emails, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation that may result in all related accounts being suspended or terminated.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, identity card number, mobile number, and an active email address. reza88 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a user's identity at any time.
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. All transactions and activities carried out through your account are entirely your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised them or not.
- Notify us immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account.
- Do not share your password or login details with anyone.
- Use a unique, hard-to-guess password to protect your account.
- Log out of each session when you finish using the platform, especially on shared devices.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method chosen and system load at the time. reza88 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All transactions must use a payment method registered in the same user's name. reza88 reserves the right to reject or hold withdrawal requests that require additional identity verification for anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) compliance purposes.
Warning: Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds on behalf of another person, or to use a payment method that does not belong to you, is a serious breach of these terms and may result in your account being terminated immediately.
5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
reza88 offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any winnings can be withdrawn.
Worked examples:
- Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
- Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM1,500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM3,100 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500
All bonus and promotional offers have their own eligibility conditions, validity period, and game restrictions. The specific terms for each promotion will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page and should be read together with these general terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, household, or shared IP address.
- reza88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system through hedging bets or conflicting strategies may result in the related bonus and winnings being cancelled.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
6 Game Rules and Betting
The reza88 platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook, and arcade games. Each game category has its own specific rules that all users must follow.
All game outcomes and betting results are final. reza88 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent authorities to ensure fairness and transparency across all slot games and automated games. Live casino games are streamed live and operated by licensed providers.
- Winnings resulting from technical faults or system errors are void and may be cancelled.
- Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be reported within 72 hours of the incident.

- Sports betting is subject to odds changes before a game begins. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet apply unless stated otherwise.
7 User Conduct and Prohibitions
reza88 users are required to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the platform, including when interacting with live dealers and other users in multiplayer games.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:
- Opening multiple accounts or helping others register accounts in violation of eligibility requirements.
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform's systems or servers.
- Colluding with other players to cheat in multiplayer games or live tables.
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Selling, transferring, or acquiring a reza88 account from another party.
8 Account Suspension and Termination
reza88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to do so. This includes but is not limited to breaches of terms, suspected fraud, or at the request of a competent authority.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all unfulfilled wagering requirements and ineligible bonus balances will be cancelled. Valid cash balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

In exceptional circumstances such as technical disruptions affecting game outcomes, reza88 reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets and refund the staked amounts to users. The final decision in any such situation is conclusive and binding.
